Paniculata hydrangeas will grow and bloom in a wide variety of climates (hardy to Zone 3!). The autumn display of green and pink blooms on the same plant will slow cars down! The flower heads range from 6 to 12 inches, upright and hold their own without flopping. Their mature hight is 6-8 ft, can be kept somewhat compact and pruned in late fall or early spring since they bloom on new wood.
